Legz's Biography
I have been playing music since 1991 mainly at friend's parties and the odd venue now and again. I bought my first pair of decks at 15 and practiced on them whenever I had the time making tapes for da man dem or just blazin out noise in my mum's house.
I am fortunate enough that my parents are very supportive and when it came time for me to move up in the music industry I decided to make a real go of it and go all out to play in the clubs that I raved in at the time. I quit the daytime job that I did not like in order to concentrate on music. I made myself known by hitting the west end clubs every week. Through doing this I joined the Mistri crew and learned a great deal from them for just over a year, playing all over London and meeting people.
I met the members of Rampage at the beginning of 2002 as we played at the same club every Friday (Cameos). I joined them in May of that year and have played music all over the world as a member of Rampage. Before now you would have never seen me touch a mike. Since joining Rampage man has had to step up quite a few gears, MC and DJ at the same time, host beach parties in Ayia Napa and so on. So to any up and coming Djs who are reading this my advice is to stick at what you are doing and make sure you keep meeting people when you rave!
